How We Approach Pricing Analysis
We start with what you already have. Every engagement begins by understanding which data exports your systems produce — whether from a POS, an ERP, or a manual spreadsheet — and working within those constraints rather than asking you to change your processes first.
From there, we structure the data, run comparisons against relevant benchmarks (time periods, product categories, locations), and produce a clear written output. We then walk through the findings with your team and confirm that the output is readable before we consider the engagement closed.
Quality assurance is built in: a second analyst reviews all figures and summaries before they reach you, and a revision round is included in every service scope.
